Purchases made on the UniShim store ship as soon as your product is available. You’ll receive emails about the status of your order, but you can also check the status of your order by signing into your UniShim Account on the UniShim store. Orders are sent through various carriers and can only be sent to addresses in the US and New York.

When your order will ship

In most cases, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We'll send you an email when it ships along with a confirmation email that has your delivery service information and tracking number.

If part of your order isn't available for immediate shipment, your order will not ship until all items are available. You will see “Processing” if you check the status of your order online. When your order ships, the status will change to “Completed”, and you’ll receive a shipment notice with a tracking number.

Shipping methods and carriers that we use

In the US, we offer FedEx Next Day, Second Day, and Ground shipping to physical addresses. Shipping is not available to PO boxes or military bases.

In New York, we offer UPS Express and UPS Ground shipping to physical addresses (no PO Boxes).

International shipping

All orders placed on the UniShim store must have the same country for the shipping and billing address. If you want to make a purchase in another country, please visit a local UniShim retailer or place an order with them online. 

How to check the status of your UniShim order

If you placed an order while signed into your UniShim Account, you can see your order status in the My Accounts tab at https://unishim.myshopify.com .

We’ll also send you email updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped.

If you made a purchase without a UniShim Account, you’ll need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.

The order number starts with the letters NG followed by 11 numbers. You’ll see your order number on the UniShim store’s order confirmation page after you check out. It’s also included in the receipt emailed to you.
