UniShim® products are sold exclusively through authorized distributors and retail partners.
Unishim.com does not process retail transactions, accept payments, or fulfill consumer orders.
Returns & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, refunds, shipping claims, and order disputes must be handled directly with the distributor or retailer from whom the product was purchased.
UniShim® does not:
- Process direct consumer returns
- Issue retail refunds
- Accept returned merchandise from end users
- Determine distributor refund approvals

Distributor Policy Control
Each authorized distributor or retailer establishes its own policies regarding:
